Shutay Counseling & Consulting Services was established in 2009 as a private practice by Renée Shutay. Renée has decades of experience working with children, families, couples, and individuals of all ages. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and fully trained in EMDR. Renée is a Certified Parent Educator through the Interational Children and Family Network. At Shutay Counseling we meet patients where they are in the healing process. We provide a safe environment for growth and support to work through any struggles. Some areas of expertise are: adoption issues; trauma & complex trauma from abuse, violence, or neglect; high school and college students struggling with relationships and the pressures of school; loss and grief; parenting education and support through RCB; sleep problems; anxiety; depression and mood disorders.
